FOR YOU

Hi...

My name is Robert, and I created Ted’s List while in the Covid lockdown of 2020. But I’m certain you’re asking yourself why I called the website Ted’s List then…

In 2015 I became a Dad. Teddy came into the world and has since gone on to love music just as much as I do. Music is my life and passion, touring the world as a conductor and pianist, performing with the most awesome talents on the earth.

And since Ted went to school, I had his pals along with their parents constantly ask me for suggestions about music and learning a musical instrument. So how could I assist them?

Ted’s List is the answer.

Are You Looking To Be A Great Classical Guitarist?

Well, then we have the best suggestions, techniques and valuable content for you.

My friends and I have written authentic guidance as pro-musicians, and that’s exactly what makes us different. We can provide respected and trustworthy classical guitar reviews – and with our expertise, you’ll not need to look any further.

Do you know that to teach music, absolutely no certification is required. Not a thing. That means you might be receiving advice about what things to buy, tips & methods from somebody who has never formally learnt their musical instrument.

You wouldn’t believe how many classical guitar teachers don’t understand the difference between a 1/2 sized classical guitar and a 4/4 sized classical guitar.

And that is why you’ll appreciate this content created by our outstanding writers. There is nothing better than getting the suggestions and tricks of the trade from a real professional. And most importantly, they enjoy publishing classical guitar reviews; plus they love helping out aspiring classical guitarists.

Classical Guitar | Getting Started

Playing the Classical Guitar can be tremendous fun, but learning an instrument from the beginning can be a very daunting process. Two fundamental elements of learning an instrument are complete opposites.

Firstly, do some research. Read some Classical Guitar Reviews, and find out what Guitar is going to be best for your situation. Then, try to get the very best instrument you can afford to buy. Other bits of research to do are:

  • Self-taught VS finding a professional teacher
  • What accessories will make your learning more comfortable and more effective

A little knowledge goes a long way, and this research will give the confidence you need to start successfully.

Don’t do too much research though; spending too long finding information is an attractive form of procrastination. I mentioned opposites above, so let’s dive into the deep end of the next section.

With the research behind you, the second crucial element to learning the Classical Guitar is just to start playing.

A musical instrument can be one of the most challenging things you’ll ever do. Don’t despair – it could also be one of the most rewarding. Sometimes it’s better to ‘give it a go and see what happens’.

Here at Ted’s List, we have pulled together a group of the finest musicians to give you free tips, tricks and advice. Use it and abuse it! We can help you solve the ‘research conundrum’. We then trust you to do the diving in all by yourself.
